Verjus Aperitif

Very low - ABV (less than 1.5%)

 

Aperitifs are before dinner drinks that rely on sour and bitter notes to stimulate the appetite.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 tsp Cocktail bitters of any flavor 

• 1 oz  Sauk Farm Apple Verjus

• 3 oz Premium tonic water 

• Ice

​

DIRECTIONS

​

1. Add cocktail bitters and verjus to a glass and stir

 

2. Add chilled tonic water and ice.
