Spiked and spirit-free options
An appley version of the classic brunch drink.
Makes 4

INGREDIENTS

1 bottle of good sparkling wine

2 tbsp Granulated sugar
-
1 tsp Cinnamon
​
PREPARATION
1. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together and rim 4 champagne flutes
​
2. Pour 2 oz of cider into each flute and fill the rest of the way up with sparkling wine.
Make it a mocktail!
Substitute the sparkling wine for dealcoholized sparkling wine (available in most large wine sections.) These can still be up to 0.5% abv so they aren’t appropriate for anyone who needs to avoid alcohol completely.
