Sour Grapes Mocktail
A non - Alcoholic take on the "sours" family of cocktails.
4 oz Sauk Farm Red Grape Cider
1 oz Simple syrup
1 tbsp Lemon
1 tbsp Lime
6 Drops of orange blossom water
1 egg white*
1. Add all ingredients except for the ice to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
2. strain into a glass and spoon any remaining foam on top.
*the egg white adds an amazing texture to the foam, but if you're avoiding raw egg or animal products you can just leave it out or substitute 1 tbsp of Aquafaba, which is the liquid from canned garbanzo beans. Shake the Aquafaba alone in the shaker for 30 seconds before adding the other ingredients, then follow the rest of the recipe.
