Hot Spiced Cider Toddy
Spiked and spirit-free options
Hot toddies are great when you have a cold or just for warming up on a cold day.
12 oz Sauk Farm Apple Cider
2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
4 tsp Honey
3 oz Whiskey
2 Cinnamon Sticks
Optional for mocktail:
2 Bags of your favorite black tea
1. Bring the apple cider and cinnamon sticks to a low simmer on the stove and simmer for 5 minutes to infuse.
2. Transfer half the cider and one cinnamon stick to each mug.
3. Add half the lemon, honey, and whiskey to each mug and stir until the honey dissolves.
4. Enjoy hot!
Make it a mocktail!
Omit the whiskey and steep one bag of your favorite black tea in each mug for 3 minutes after transferring the cider.
